Keepers of the Ways Vendor Agreement

By registering as a vendor on Keepers of the Ways, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

Vendors must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have the legal right to sell the products or services offered.
  • Provide accurate registration and contact information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country of operation.

Product Standards

All products and services listed on Keepers of the Ways must:

  • Be accurately described.
  • Meet all applicable safety standards.
  • Be lawfully sold in the customer’s jurisdiction.
  • Reflect the values and ethos of Keepers of the Ways.
  • Not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to remove products that are misleading, inappropriate, illegal, or inconsistent with our marketplace standards.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate product information.
  • Managing stock levels.
  • Processing orders promptly.
  • Providing quality customer service.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Maintaining appropriate insurance and licences where required.

Commission Structure

Keepers of the Ways retains a commission of 7% of each completed sale.

The remaining balance, less any applicable payment processing fees, belongs to the vendor and will be paid according to the marketplace payment schedule.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove vendor accounts that:

  • Repeatedly fail to fulfil orders.
  • Receive excessive customer complaints.
  • Violate marketplace policies.
  • Engage in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.

Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Vendors will be bound by the latest published version.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Packaging products safely and securely.
  • Selecting reliable shipping methods.
  • Providing accurate shipping information and estimated delivery times.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are set by vendors and are paid directly to the vendor through the marketplace.

Dispatch Times

Vendors should dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the relevant product listing.

International Shipping

Vendors offering international delivery must clearly state:

  • Shipping destinations.
  • Estimated delivery times.
  • Customs duties and import responsibilities.

Lost or Damaged Items

Where items are lost or damaged during transit, vendors are expected to work with customers to provide a fair resolution, including replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

Customers may request a refund when:

  • An item arrives damaged.
  • An item is significantly different from its description.
  • An incorrect item is received.
  • An order is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Requests

Requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Vendor Review

The vendor will review refund requests and provide a response within 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Unless faulty or misdescribed, the following may be non-refundable:

  • Digital downloads.
  • Personalised products.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Services already delivered.

Marketplace Intervention

If a dispute cannot be resolved between customer and vendor, Keepers of the Ways may review the case and make a final determination.
